Casalgrande Padana

What it takes to make the difference

We are what we do. Timeless products, strengh and quality, forefront technologies: this is what Casalgrande Padana does.
The Leader italian Company boasts collections that, after many years, are still rich in appeal, evergreens that can be placed in the most modern locations. Contemporary, linear, minimal and beautiful; how else to define the best sellers Meteor, Pietre Native, Architecture. And then, Cemento, Beton and the wonderful Marmogres.

But there is more than this, behind what we see. Every stage in the process is constantly monitored: from the selection of the raw materials to the storage; from the grinding of the blend to the mixing and cooking of the tiles; from the manufacturing process to the quality control on the end products; from unfailing technical training to the effective professional assistance, evidence of the Company’s efforts to improve its manufacturing processes and pursue the highest standards ever. A focus on the needs of a project, a site or a society; the opportunities provided by technological innovation and the requirements of growth inspired by sustainable development; the will to look for answers that go beyond the borders of habit: these are the principles that have always inspired Casalgrande Padana’s research.
By listening to such drivers, the Company has successfully defined new concepts and new applications, venturing into uncharted territory and developing innovative solutions for raw materials and processing cycles. Experiences that have now been raised to the status of best practices for the entire industry.

Casalgrande Padana is an industry leader and an undisputed trailblazer. Bios Ceramics®  is an innovative range of eco-compatible products that independently interact with the environment to kick-start a number of virtuous processes.
Independent research programmes, in partnership with the Department of Biomedical Science, Microbiology Section, of the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia, under a Master Agreement with the Japanese TOTO (a pioneer in photo-catalytic technology with the HYDROTECT® brand), have led to the production of a new, exclusive generation of ceramics for architectural applications. So far, no one can provide such a wide and high-performance range.

Casalgrande Padana has a green mind . The production process is a closed cycle: all scrap from the manufacturing stage, including waste water, is treated and reused. Using special plants, all of the components are recycled and reclaimed. Emissions deriving from the production process are purified using abatement plants that draw on the best technology available to allow us to comfortably respect the limitations established by law. Casalgrande Padana’s environmental policy also includes Green Procurement criteria, which are designed to help favour sustainable suppliers and reduce the environmental impact of our activities and products at the root cause.

6 factories , 700,000 square metres of industrial sites, 1,000 employees, 24,000,000 square metres of stoneware tiles a year, all made in Italy, 70 countries in 5 continents, served by its widespread sales network. Casalgrande Padana has what it takes to make the difference and to confirm its greatness all over the world.

Paraphrasing Elvio Giudici, music critic of substance and fame, “two great voices, singing together, do not simply add up, but multiply”. However, leaving metaphores aside, it will certainly be like this, for the new partnership between Casalgrande Padana and BHC Milano, a pride for our Company.
